Electronic Imaging Materials, a label converter based in Keene, NH, USA, has announced four new internal leadership promotions to reflect the ongoing success and growth of the company. Jason Wilder has been promoted to director of finance, quality, and sales. Jason has been with EIM since 1995, starting in Production, moving up to production manager, and has been leading the sales department for the last 16 years. He will now be responsible for leading the sales, accounting, and quality departments. Juan Munoz has been promoted to director of technical solutions. He is a 24-year veteran of the printing industry, joining EIM in 2005 in Production, moving over to Products and Innovation Manager in 2010. Munoz will continue to lead the products department as well as the technology and estimating departments. Robert Farnsworth has been promoted to director of operations. Rob joined EIM as the production manager in 2017 and has over 26 combined years in the printing industry. He will oversee production, facilities, and the human resources department. Jillian Bishop has been promoted to director of marketing and corporate communications. She joined the production team in 2007, moving over to marketing a year later, taking on the management of the department in 2018. Bishop will continue to lead marketing and be responsible for overseeing internal and external company communications. Newly-minted director Jason Wilder says, “The directors have a combined 70 years of experience here at EIM, and we as a team are grateful for an opportunity to continue to lead EIM into the future.” Alex Henkel, president of Electronic Imaging Materials, comments, “With these new positions, we are excited to support our strong, sustainable local company as it continues to build toward the future.”
